Right to retract

1. DELIVERY

The delivery time starts running once the command is fully adjusted. This delay will be specified on the check page of the sales order. 2. Return of goods and refund

Voopies strives to meet the expectations of its users and offer them quality services.

If, however, the delivered product was not consistent with the password, within the meaning of Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code, the user is entitled to send a claim within 14 days to from delivery to customer service Voopies (contact@voopies.com). Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift when buying and if you have been sent directly, you will receive a gift credit worth equal to that of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item has not been identified as a gift when buying, or if the gift donor preferred to first receive the item to offer it later, we will send a refund to the gift donor And he will know that you returned the article.

Shipment
